Photograph album of portraits of the family of Ewen and Nancy Nancy Johnson of Prineville, Or., circa 1867-1922. Subjects include Ewen and his wife, Nancy Stinson Johnson; their sons Benjamin Franklin (known as "B. Frank" or "Frank") Johnson, James Ewen Johnson, and William Jacob Johnson; Benjamin's wife, Jennie McPheeters Johnson; and other members of the Johnson, Cadle, and Lawson families. There are also two portraits taken in Idaho of young men in military uniform, possibly for the Spanish-American War. Photographers include J .J. Pierson in Prineville, Or., as well as John A. Winter in Eugene City, or., J. F. Boyle in Burns, Or., and Andrew B. Paxton in Albany, Or. Includes cartes de visite and cabinet card photographs, as well as some snapshots.
